Room for couple, 5min walk to center

Room for up to 2 people (double bed, plus optional desk), in an apartment which is close to everything!: - 10 min. walk to Plaza Mayor (center of Madrid!). - 5 min. walk to La Latina (best food in Madrid!). - 5 min. walk to Principe Pio / Madrid Rio. This place is very versatile because it's close to the city center (5 min. walk to La Latina, 10 min. to Plaza Mayor), but it's also close to Madrid Rio, Calle 30 gardens! so you can enjoy nature too. Your room has a double-bed and optional desk. You can also use the living-room (shared with other guests) and the kitchen! It has 2 balconies to enjoy the views in the best way. During your stay, I might be present in the house (in the other room). If not, then there may be other guests in the other room.
