Our charming Apartment is nestled near the vibrant Koukaki district in Athens! Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of this bustling neighborhood, filled with a myriad of shops, bars, and cafeterias just a stone’s throw away. Our cozy apartment offers a comfortable retreat away from the hustle and bustle, while still providing convenient access to the city’s iconic landmarks. Explore the magnificent Parthenon and other historical sites that are located within walking distance.

The space

Our modern apartment consists of a comfortable living room with a sofa that can also serve as a bed for two people. In this space, you will find the dining area, the television, and our fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen, you will find everything you might need to prepare a full meal. We provide all the necessary kitchen appliances, including built-in electric stovetops and an oven. It comprises two bedrooms, each containing a queen-size bed. Each bedroom also has a balcony door, allowing you to access our small balcony where you can hang your clothes. There is air conditioning in each bedroom as well as in the living room. Finally, our bathroom features a shower, and we provide a washing machine for your convenience. We strive to provide you with an apartment that feels like home.

Guest access

The apartment is exclusively yours, not shared with any other guests. What you see in the photos is for you.

Optional services offered for a fee:

– Transport from the Airport with Minivan: ~80€
– Transport from the Airport with Taxi: ~50 € (Up to 4 people)
– Setting up the couch as a bed: 10€ (FREE, if the reservation is for more than 4 guests)
