The space
“La Postoca” was designed by a local Asturian architect who took advantage of the south facing orientation by locating a large terrace which appears to float over one of the village alleyways. This terrace is the ideal setting for enjoying the views of the village and forests and the sounds of the nearby river.
Just inside from the terrace a spacious multi-level living area can be found flooded by natural light and with a variety of comfortable areas ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fireplace and a host of thoughtful details including original artwork from local artists.
The living area connects via a series exposed staircases to the other areas of the house which include a spacious kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. These individually designed rooms are located on various levels of the house and offer unique views of the interior of the house as well as views of the village.
