Please Note:

– Max PAX is 5 including infants.
– No pets allowed.
– The unit is not wheelchair accessible and is only reachable by stairs.
– Due to strict access control from the Zimbali Welcome Centre, guests cannot receive visitors during their stay.
– Zimbali’s rules are strict, but everyone’s cooperation ensures it remains a beautiful place to stay.

Guest access

Guest Access Procedure:

To ensure a smooth check-in and access to the property, the host will apply for entry on your behalf. After booking confirmation, all required forms for access will be sent to you for completion. Once these forms are submitted, we will take care of the rest.

Guests will receive a code for the key box, allowing for convenient self-check-in upon arrival.

Important: No pets are allowed during your stay, in accordance with resort rules.

Other things to note

Guests without any previous reviews on AirBnB to pay a breakage deposit directly to the host. It will be refunded within 10 days after checkin out. Deposit is R3500 or equivalent to 1 nights rental whichever is the greatest for every 7 days of rental.

Note that that this is not a ground floor unit. Unit is only accessible by stairs

Cellphone reception is limited within the unit, but the Wifi is excellent

Most of the residents in Zimbali are homeowners, with short-term rentals accounting for only a small portion of the occupancy. To maintain the highest level of security for all residents, there are strict security protocols at the gates. IDs or passports are checked every time guests enter or exit, and vehicle inspections may also take place. Please allow up to 10 minutes for security checks when entering or exiting.
