Beachwalk 5 is one of five Tropical 1000 square foot Villas nestled in nature in a gated small development in Avellanas. There is a SEASONAL jungle trail through the estuary to the beach during the dry months.
Year-round you can walk or drive to great restaurants, markets and Playa Avellanas nearby.
The Casita was beautifully constructed by top builders in the area using local and natural materials of teak, polished concrete and stone. The ceilings are high and the sliding French Doors open to create an outdoor living space in accompaniment with the private poolside terrace. Two identical bedrooms with custom teak furniture, pillow top Queen mattresses and nice linens and two teak desks with chairs for working.
The spacious bathroom has a rain shower and there is an additional shower in the back beside the private laundry and storage. The third bedroom has two Twin built in sleeping bunks and nice quality linens. The kitchen is well outfitted with a gas top stove, microwave, toaster oven and stainless fridge as well as blender, coffee pot, rice cooker and other kitchen accoutrements.
The open concept living/dining/kitchen is custom furnished in local teak. The glass and teak french doors open on to the landscaped private terrace. Our villa has a private teak eating area with personal barbeque and two lounge chairs that connect to the SHARED Rancho/BBQ/Bano and Pool.
The entire property of 5 Villas is beautifully landscaped with large Royal Palms and tropical plants and fruit trees to create as much privacy as possible.
Beachwalk has a 24 hour guard house on the property.
