Make the most of your Costa Rica vacation! Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located along the calm warm water of Playa Potrero.
Directly on the beach, you will have spectacular sunset views of the Catalina Islands over the pacific ocean every night! If your goal is to relax beachfront or to enjoy all the adventure activities Costa Rica has to offer, this condo is for you.

Our condo features a 300Mbps internet on multiple networks to reach the entire space including pool and exterior areas.

The space

Centrally located just steps away from many great restaurants and shopping in the Potrero and Surfside areas, the world famous Costa Rica Sailing Center is a short 2 minute walk down the beach (snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, boogie boarding, kayaking, and fishing are all available along this beautiful beach). The Catalina Islands also provide some of the best scuba dive sites in all of Costa Rica!
This home has been lovingly equipped with children and beach fun in mind! Puddle jumpers, sand toys, boogie boards, are included for your use during your stay.
The bright open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a six-person breakfast bar. It has all of the appliances and kitchen utensils you need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen opens into the bright and spacious main living. The sofa features a queen size mattress to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests in the unit. The living area features floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors which open to a large balcony and gorgeous views of the beach and Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the beach from your covered balcony while drinking morning coffee or sipping sunset cocktails!
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, built-in closets, and its own en-suite bathroom which doubles as a powder room thanks to its smart Jack-and-Jill layout. The second bedroom contains two twin-sized beds (which can be combined and topped with an overlay so as to make one King Size bed), and its own en-suite bathroom. The home also comes with a private laundry room right outside your door and shared with only one other unit.
The home is in a very private 8-unit development, and features a beautiful pool with lounge chairs and common area. There is also a great outdoor grilling area available to all guests, and a covered area for lounging near an outdoor fireplace.
Playa Potrero is a charming 1950’s-era beach town that has plenty of restaurants, bars, groceries, fruit stands, beach clubs, Yoga, hair and nail salons, and medical and dental services. The home is within 1 our from the Liberia airport, and a short 20 minute drive to Tamarindo. This home is also located within 5 minutes of the famous beaches of Playa Flamingo, Playa Penca, Playa Prieta, and Playa Azúcar (“Sugar Beach”). A great location for a vacation!
