The space

The accommodation is designed for 10 people.
5 beds distributed in 3 large bedrooms as follows:
Master bedroom: 1 king bed
Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds
Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, water dispenser, blender, toaster, coffee maker and everything you need to feel at home.

Private bathrooms in all bedrooms with very large storage spaces. Additional toilets in common areas and a patio with an outdoor shower. The huge swimming pool will allow you to cool off, relax and enjoy the sun at the same time.
Dine on the terrace with the large BBQ and outdoor dining/lounge set. Or on the large Guanacaste wood dining table inside.

The accommodation also has a 2-car carport, a 2-car garage and a golf cart charging station.

Please note that most constructions nearby are complete as of end of 2024. The nearest house under construction is at least 200m(650ft) away, so there will be minimal disturbance.

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the laundry room.
Parking Garage Is Private And Secure.

Other things to note

During Dry Season, Many Homes Without Water Holding Tank Will Run Out Of Water, We Have A Large Tank, Guests Will Never Run Out Of Water.

It is not allowed to make noisy parties with people who are not part of the reserve.

It is not allowed to invite people who are not part of the reservation.

No noise or music is allowed from 22:00 until 9:00.

It is forbidden to smoke or vape inside the house.

It is not allowed to bring an animal without our prior authorization.

It is not allowed to throw toilet paper, tampons or any item in the toilet. In each bathroom there are garbage cans available to throw away used paper.

All doors and windows must be closed before leaving the property.
In case of loss or theft of an item, we will not be responsible.
