The space

Casa Conacaste is a Jungle Oasis nestled between breathtaking volcanic rock cliff-sides, sandy beaches and rolling hills of undeveloped tropical wild land.

Our beautifully renovated rancho home has 3 spacious bedrooms with brand new air conditioners, wall mounted big screen smart TVs, screened in windows with black out shades and 2 newly remodeled bathrooms with LED light mirrors, floating quartz counters, ceiling fans with remote controls, luxury rainfall shower fixtures complete with hand held sprayers, automatic soap dispensers and HOT water.

The expansive living room has ample seating and features three massive screened in arched windows overlooking the pool and vibrant tropical landscape. Each of the 13 foot windows has its own exterior sun shade that can be rolled down for temperature control along with elegant interior floor to ceiling curtains spanning the entire wall to create the perfect lighting story.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen includes unlimited filtered ice cold drinking water, freshly ground local coffee, brand new modern appliances, quartz countertops, hand crafted cedar cabinets, stylish custom floating shelves milled from our own Conacaste trees and a large kitchen island which houses the oven and features a solid quartz breakfast bar, or “Desayunador,” as it’s called here in El Salvador.

Outdoor spaces include a rooftop deck, two pool level decks, a large swimming pool with color changing LED lights for night swimming and 2 outdoor showers.

The maximum number of Adults the house can accommodate is 10.

• The Community: Atami is a secure and gated residential community. It features two beautiful beaches only a few minutes walk from the house. (1 public and 1 private)

• The Atami Escape Resort is just a 5 minute walk and offers a $12 hot buffet breakfast, a cliffside fine dining restaurant called “Pelicanos,” 3 swimming pools, 3 salt pools filled naturally with the rising ocean tides, an incredibly long water slide that winds along the edge of the volcanic rock down toward the private beach. You can also reserve a cabana complete with a call button and a server who will bring you drinks and food while you sway in a hammock overlooking the ocean. Day use is $12 per person (kids are free)

*Inclement Weather & Power Disclaimer:

El Salvador is a Tropical destination regularly affected by inclement weather. During severe storms it is possible for the country to experience power outages, flooding and interruption to Wifi connections. These disruptions are usually resolved within minutes and rarely continue for longer than a couple of hours.

If you decide to book this property, you are acknowledging that minor inconveniences related to Tropical Storms will not be grounds for canceling your booking.

We recommend purchasing the Airbnb trip protection insurance to ensure your eligibility for a full refund in the event that you are unable to travel due to severe weather.

Guest access

All guests have full access to the entire property.

There is a large modern kitchen, a spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating, secure parking, 2 outdoor showers, a rooftop deck, a large swimming pool, and 2 backyard decks.

If you don’t see something you need, just ask.

Other things to note

The house itself is one level, however, there are several level changes with cement steps outside the home.
From the parking area to the front door there are about 25 wide cement steps.
From the back door of the house to the pool there are about 20 cement steps.
