The space

The Oceanview Guesthouse is a cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom casita complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room that offers spectacular ocean and mountain views.

*This listing is for the one bedroom one bathroom option – the second room will be locked off*

The living room boasts large sliding doors that span across the entire wall of the house, allowing the refreshing ocean breeze to flow in, creating the illusion of being outdoors while you relax on the living room couch.

Only the bedroom has AC.

There is a couch in the living room for a 3rd guest. *We also have a second bedroom and bathroom available. – Additional occupancy fees apply*

We provide one large 5 gallon jug of fresh filtered drinking water during your stay.

Plastic chairs can be removed from the guesthouse and taken to the rooftop deck for outdoor seating.

El Salvador is a Tropical destination regularly affected by inclement weather. During severe storms it is possible for the country to experience power outages, flooding and interruption to Wifi connections. These disruptions are usually resolved within minutes and rarely continue for longer than a couple of hours.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire property, which consists of large open areas of lush tropical plants and grass, hammocks, and the large resort style pool.

The main house is private and occupied by the owner.

Property contains level changes and stairs.

Like many beach area accommodations, this property does not offer hot water.

The neighborhood is growing and there’s some construction happening at another property behind the Guesthouse. Workers are present from about 8am to 4pm. Half day on Saturday and no work on Sunday.
