The space

You’ll be staying in the heart of Surf City – our home is only a 1-block stroll to Playa El Zonte (you can carry your surfboard under your arm and be in the water in minutes).

Guest access

You’ll have exclusive access to Villa Uma during your stay. This includes the full interior of the home and private use of the pool, garden, and terrace—nothing is shared.

While the villa is part of a peaceful compound with two other units, only the main entrance gate and walkway are shared. Once inside, your space is fully independent, giving you total privacy and comfort.

You’ll also enjoy:

• We’re always available remotely to assist with anything you need throughout your stay.

To maintain top-quality standards, we schedule regular visits from our pool cleaner and gardener. These essential services ensure everything remains in perfect condition. We aim to coordinate visits while guests are out, but the property requires upkeep at least every 4 days.
