Lovely residential home in Niagara on the Lake We feature a large Queen Size bed, with luxury sheets and comfortable and private suite with fireplace, bath ensuite, WIFI, SmartTV, outdoor patio area and free parking.

Plus we have our 24 hour welcome coffee nook where you can help yourself to coffee and goodies all day long!

We are 5 minutes to downtown Niagara on the Lake and 15 minutes from Niagara Falls. This is a long term rental. Minimum stay is 1 month.

Luxurious, Romantic and Tranquil, are the words used by our guests to describe Niagara on the Lake- Premier Private Suites.

This classic contemporary home built in 1974 has four Luxury guest Suites all with spa inspired ensuite bathrooms, seating area by the fireplace.

Wake up when you want, help yourself to our all day Coffee Noon. A truly tranquil getaway, go at your own pace, stay in bed all day or get up as early as you like.

Our luxurious private Suites with spa fresh lines make these Suites perfect for our guests who are looking for their very own private secluded retreat haven.

Some Suites have a fireplace. All of this can be enjoyed at your leisure in the privacy of your Suite, or if you choose to sit in our outside dining or private patio area.

Some of our amenities include: Cable TV, wireless internet, bathrobes and slippers, bath amenities, and queen beds.

There is a coffee nook where you’ll find coffee, tea, fruit and cookies to get your evening or day started.

We offer bathrobe and spa bath products, hairdryer, shower caps, sewing kit, local information and maps, wine glasses, Turkish towels and comfortable pillows, and fireplace.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Lake Ontario and just a 100 meters from Niagara on the Lake’s – Lagoon Conservation Area.

Niagara Bed and Breakfast is on the bicycle/wine and Lakeshore Trail route. We are just a few blocks from Niagara on the Lake down town core featuring restaurants, shopping, Shaw Festival Theatre, historical sites, wineries, Lake Ontario, Niagara River and the Niagara Parkway.

You have your very own private, quiet suites and the coffee nook for your enjoyment. You can use the front terrace, back patio area and the common areas in the garden.

During your stay

You can reach your hostess in person, via email, text or phone call. Otherwise you’re on your own in your own private suite and part of the house and you will not be disturbed by anyone upon check-in or check-out or during your stay.

Guests can call us on the phone number provided if they have questions. The owner is in and out at different times of the day. We are only a few texts, emails or phone calls minutes away.

The house and your suites are in a private and very quiet part of the house.
No one will interfere with your “Vacation in Niagara”.

We respect your privacy and need for a romantic and stress free getaway.
If we can assist with a Wine tour, please let us know.

We are a cycle friendly home and you can park your bicycles in the backyard.

The suites have a private bathroom and all the suites have Cogeco TV, Wireless Internet, free parking, some suites may have a bar fridge and fireplace.

We are in a conservation area and near Lake Ontario. Our gardens are 100% chemical free and entirely green. You can enjoy our gardens and sit outside enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Park your bicycles and cycle the wine route found behind the house. We are a 5 minute drive to Lake Ontario.

This is a very quiet, safe home in a beautiful residential area of
Niagara on the Lake. The house backs onto Lakeshore Road that is on a Wine/Bicycle route ( so bring your bicycles – we provide bicycle parking).
