From here you can comfortably explore Lake Como, the mountains and valleys (Valsassina, Valtellina), or visit cities such as Milan, Monza and Bergamo. As soon as you cross the threshold, you will be greeted by a spacious and modern kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and a convenient capsule coffee machine.
The integrated TV corner with a cozy sofa and a Smart TV with access to PrimeVideo will allow you to relax after a busy day.

– Large and comfortable rooms:

Through a door, we will lead you into a small corridor that leads to the three bedrooms, each designed to offer intimate and comfortable spaces. All guests will sleep in real beds, for a truly regenerating rest.

Suite with private bathroom: double room with king-size bed, work area and private bathroom, offering an exclusive stay experience.

Triple room: furnished with three single beds.

Double room with work corner: Ideal for those who want an environment dedicated to work, with a double bed, chair and desk.

– Modern and equipped bathrooms:
Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.
Shampoo, hand soap, body soap, and a set of three towels are provided for each guest.
A washing machine is also available in the main bathroom for added convenience.

Autumn and winter experiences in Lecco and surroundings:

• Snow activities: the nearby Piani di Bobbio ski area offers 35 kilometers of slopes and 11 lifts including cable cars, chairlifts, ski lifts and treadmills as well as a ski school, equipment rental, a snowpark for those who love acrobatics on the board and snowshoe trails that lead up to an altitude of 1900m.

• Walks on Lake Como: the lakeside promenade of the villages offers splendid atmospheres with autumn colors and views of the snow-capped mountains, in the calm of the less touristy months.

• Mountain excursions: numerous trails suitable for all levels, ideal for relaxing and recharging surrounded by nature.

• Days in the snow: skiing, snowboarding, or bobsledding in the Piani di Bobbio or Artavaggio ski areas, easily accessible in about 30 minutes.

• Valsassina and Valtellina: the surrounding valleys with picturesque villages, cozy shelters and local specialties such as polenta, pizzoccheri, cheeses and typical wines.

• Trips between art, shopping and culture: from Lecco station you can take direct trains to Milan (40 min), Monza (25 min) and Bergamo (40 min).

The reserved parking space for your convenience is number 7 WHITE, located at the back of the building. We kindly ask you to use only this assigned space. To avoid inconvenience, please do not park in any other parking space in the courtyard, as this may result in the removal of the vehicle.
