Whether you want to host your friends and family for a birthday party or an evening hosting coworkers for a team building exercise, this space is perfect for you.
The living space is very luxurious with an open floor plan. No upgrades were spared in this PH. The balcony can accommodate 40 people for any type of social gathering.

The space

This condo was approved for short term rental by the city of Orlando. Your host will receive you with open arms and any requests will be accommodated for while you prepare for your stay. The kitchen is ample is space with all cooking and dining utensils needed along with an outdoor grill, seating and dining area for 40 people. This penthouse has the largest panoramic balcony in the building and can host birthday parties, bar mitzvah or any special event.

Guest access

Fob Access with Secure 24 hour Doorman and Secure covered gated parking. The unit will be adding a 24 hour gym in the coming months and the guest will have full access to the 9th floor where we have a TV and outdoor grill available to guestsuest will have access to the unit, the roof common space and the gym all by fob or keypad.

Other things to note

The Host will help his guest with any requests . Feel free to use the oversized Penthouse for any social event of your choosing. Imagine having your childs gender reveal party on this beautiful balcony space and returning to your home while the maids clean up after your gone. The Host has lived in Orlando his whole life and will be more then happy to help you with suggesting and scheduling caterer’s for and event planners for your special day.
