Airbtc, a new platform that operates using Bitcoin exclusively, is set to connect travelers and accommodation providers who prefer to use Bitcoin over traditional currencies worldwide. Airbtc is the first property listing website of its kind, offering a unique solution that allows hosts to list their properties and guests to book their stays using Bitcoin only.

Airbtc was born out of the dream to build a Bitcoin-only project that operates completely out of the scope of the fiat world, with zero ties back to the legacy economy or banking system. By exclusively using Bitcoin, Airbtc aims to contribute to the growth of the circular Bitcoin economy and promote the adoption of the world’s incumbent currency.

Airbtc offers a simple and straightforward booking process for both hosts and guests. Hosts can upload their properties to the Airbtc platform and set their own prices in Bitcoin. Guests can then browse and book their accommodation using Bitcoin, with Airbtc holding the funds in escrow until after the stay is completed. Once the stay is over, Airbtc will pay the host in Bitcoin.
