Conveniently situated on the first floor, accessible via elevator or stairs, our apartment offers a captivating blend of comfort and aesthetics. The moment you step inside, you’ll encounter the artistic essence of the space—a spacious hall welcomes you, featuring a cozy single sofa bed. Moving forward, you’ll discover the comfortable living room equipped with a 43-inch TV, ready to connect you to various apps like Netflix, Disney plus, YouTube, and Spotify.

An expansive, comfortable sofa in the living room can effortlessly transform into a large, cozy double bed. The apartment also boasts a well-appointed bedroom with a generous double bed. The bathroom is a modern sanctuary, complete with a sizable LED mirror offering three distinct lighting shades to ensure perfect visibility during your bathing routine.

Lastly, a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dining area, awaits. It’s replete with all you need for culinary adventures – from various small 
appliances to a spacious electric stove. A small balcony serves as a convenient space for clothes drying, with a dedicated area housing the washing machine. The apartment is exceptionally comfortable and accommodates 4 guests easily, as the sofa in the living room transforms into a spacious and cozy bed. Moreover, it can even accommodate 5 people, since the sofa bed in the hall can also be converted into a comfortable sleeping space. Experience comfort, style, and functionality all under one roof.
