This listing is for both sides of the property for a combined 18 bedrooms and 18 baths. When both properties are rented, this will accommodate up to 52 guests. Each property has a private heated pool, gas grill 5000 sqft of h& c space and 6500 sqft under roof including the porches.

When renting both sides of the property, this will accommodate up to 52 guests. You will be renting TWO separate PROPERTIES when this property is selected.

When renting both properties, they will accommodate up to 52 guests. Castle in the Sand East will sleep up to 26 and Castle in the Sand West will sleep up to 26.
