The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with electric induction cooktops, a full-capacity refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, electric kettle, unlimited ice, and more.

Guest access

Guest have access to the whole house, backyard, pool, BBQ, and grounds within the complex are available for walking around the grounds, the community pool is available for a $5.00 fee and quick access to beach.

Other things to note

We require all names of our guests along with ID’s arriving at Chez Mondrian.

We have a 24/7 secured complex. Ten guests max, no more than three cars, no pets, no loud music after 11:00 pm.
