House Rules:

KYC is necessary upon arrival (as per the italian law) and tourist tax payment (5 usd/person/night for the first 4 days).

Online administrative check-in (guest valid ID submission, ONLY passport/identity card ) is mandatory at least 48 hours before arrival. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay.

Smoking/vaping is only allowed outside/terrace.
