The apartment is on the sunrise side with a private rotating garage (need to leave car keys or be available to clear the exit). It has a living room, home office, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, service area, 2 bedrooms plus a third reversible one. With built-in closets, air-conditioning and a fan in all rooms.
