There is a double kayak and paddle board available for guests to use. New Ping Pong table in garage.

Gulf Front!! This is a newly updated and renovated corner unit 4 bedroom 3 bath townhouse that sits right on the beach with amazing views. It sleeps nine very comfortably. vaulted ceilings. fully stocked kitchen. a very quiet and uncrowded beach but yet close to amenities. new carpet in master bath and recent painting. There is also a large enclosed 2 car garage on ground level with room for bikes, storage etc… There is a double kayak and paddle board available for guests to use. New Ping Pong table in garage. This is our personal vacation home that we rent out. Feel free to reach out with questions.

Layout configuration: Garage is at sand level. First floor is up one set of stairs where there is the main living room, kitchen, queen bedroom with ensuite bath, and main balcony. up another set of stairs is the second floor where the remaining bedrooms including the master suite are.

However by using them you agree that you are solely responsible for your safety. Kadie’s Heaven or its owners (Never Not Navarre LLC or Kadie and Tharren Duffy) are not responsible for any death or disability that comes from participating in water sports on the ocean. By renting Kadie’s Heaven you agree to not hold liable its owners for any accident/death/disability related to use of the provided water sports equipment. Life vests are recommended when using the kayak or paddle board.

**** starting summer 2024, summer reservations will be saturday to saturday only from may 18-aug 17th. all other times of the year check in and check out can be any day of the week but a 3 night minimum is required.

Other things to note

We offer umbrellas and beach chairs for guests to use. We also have boogie boards, sand toys, and floaties as well. These are for all guests to use
