Heavenly Sunset is managed by “Alabama Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals LLC,” a boutique vacation rental company that specializes in Gulf-front (4-24 bedroom) luxury Gulf-front vacation rentals along Alabama’s Gulf Coast.

Heavenly Sunset is a newer Gulf-front home located along the beautiful Gulf Coast in Orange Beach, AL. The west side of this home sleeps up to 16 guests. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. This home is located in a great central location.

Welcome to “Heavenly Sunset,” a beachfront vacation rental that lives up to its name. This rental is one-half of a gorgeous Gulf-front property in Orange Beach, and it sits in the perfect spot to take in the sapphire waves, white sands, and golden sun of the Gulf. Not to mention the property’s excellent central location near everything you’d want to do in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Perdido Key, FL.

Rent Heavenly Sunset and spread out in 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, with sleeping space for a total of 16 guests. Or, rent both Heavenly Sunset and its identical neighbor, Heavenly Sunrise, to sleep 30 people. (If your vacation dates are already booked, check out Sunrise—its floor plan is exactly the same as Sunset!) Please note that there are louvered privacy walls between all balconies, and between the Gulf-front decks of the units and in the parking area under the house as well. You will have total privacy between the units.

Sunset alone has 2,600 sq. ft. of space, plus three private, covered balconies. One balcony at the back of the house overlooks the pool, and two at the front face an expansive view of the Gulf and beach.

Restaurants, shopping, family entertainment, and nature trails are all just a short drive from this ideally located property. Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores is 3.9 miles to the west, and it’s only 2.5 miles to Orange Beach Blvd. to the east.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

This side of the property accommodates up to 16 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 4 bathrooms.

First Floor

The first-floor bedroom has a king-sized bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Second Floor

The second floor has 4 bedrooms—2 with plush king beds and custom bunk rooms.

One bedroom on this floor has new custom bunks featuring queen over queen bunks and a twin XL over twin XL bunk (sleeps 6). Another offers two twin XL over twin XL custom-built bunk beds (sleeps 4). The custom twin bunks will accommodate children or adults with the twin XL mattresses. These two bedrooms share a full-sized bathroom. Both sets of custom bunks were added in Winter 2022.

Both king bedrooms (both with Gulf views!) feature their own private bathrooms. One bedroom showcases the Gulf view through big windows, while the other bedroom has its own private beachfront balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee overlooking the water!

The Living Spaces

The first floor features a roomy living area with a flat-screen TV, nap-worthy sofas, and windows that fill the space with natural light. There is room here for everyone to lounge together in the A/C after a day at the beach! From here, access a covered, private balcony overlooking the Gulf and beach from comfy Adirondack chairs.

Outside, the ground-level covered patio is equipped with a picnic table and porch swing to enjoy the sea breeze while staying shaded from the sun. Here, you can also rinse off all the salt and sand in the freshwater outdoor shower. The big, sparkling pool is steps away and is only shared with the neighboring property, Heavenly Sunrise.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a coffee maker and double-door fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries.

The dining area features an 8-person dining table—perfect for your group feasts. The adjacent kitchen island with 5 barstools makes for a great “kids’ table.” And don’t forget the picnic table underneath the house on the patio!

Important Information

Renters must be over 27 years of age. Wire transfers are not permitted.
Sorry, NO College or Spring Break groups!
NO SMOKING.
Linens are included on all beds, but please bring your own beach towels.
Amenities include free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and a travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.
