The Location:
Centrally located in Sky Harbor Resort
☀ 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge Parkway
☀ 15 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg
☀ 15 minutes to Dollywood

Roads are well maintained but can be a bit steep and winding in certain areas on your way up to the cabin, mostly the last 1/4 mile. If you are traveling during the winter please check the weather as 4X4 or AWD vehicle may be required if snow is in the forecast. Please make sure your vehicle is capable of making a drive up a moderately steep hill before booking. Most guests have zero issues but a few guests noted having to accelerate to get up the last hill.

Recommend travelers insurance as there are no cancellations due to weather or vehicles not capable of driving up the road.

☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆
This spacious Smoky Mountain secluded retreat has five private bedrooms, three of which have ultra-comfortable King size beds, smart TVs. One extra large bedroom with two Queen beds and one large bunk room with twin over full and full over queen bunks.

The first bedroom on the main floor features a rustic charm that fits right in with the wilderness outside, with a comfortable King bed, large HDTV, seating area and a dual sided fireplace that is controlled from the entry.

The second bedroom on the main floor also has a large King bed, large HDTV and is located off the main Family Room.

The third bedroom is on the second floor and boasts high ceilings, King bed large HDTV and a private bathroom.

The fourth bedroom is upstairs with a large HDTV TV and two queen beds.

The fifth bedroom is upstairs with a large HDTV TV and two bunk beds, one twin over full, one full over queen.

☆☆ LOUNGE & KITCHEN ☆☆
The main level family room is cozy and sophisticated with multiple windows that look out over the balcony and view beyond. This bright and open lounge space was put together by a professional designer and has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, plush area rug, and modern armchairs with ottomans. Every detail in this room is designed to bring the tranquility of the outdoors inside. The living room flows right into the eat-in kitchen.

The fully-furnished kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances,This cozy kitchen boasts a coffee maker, blender toaster, gourmet knife set, utensils, dishes, and bakeware. Swing by the local grocery store and stock up on your family’s favorite foods, there’s plenty of room in the cabinets and refrigerator to keep them organized.

Eat together as a family in indoor or outdoor dining areas, complete with a farmhouse dining room table and seating for eight. The adjacent glass door lead out to the balcony. A modern rustic design theme weaves its way throughout the home, and the attention to detail brings it all together.

Your vacation would not be complete without your very own coffee bar, There’s a top of the line Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods of various blends and the ability for just hot water. We provide gourmet whole coffee beans for a fresh ground cup of coffee made from the 12 cup stainless steel coffeemaker or the amazing french press. A milk frother is also provided for your beverages to complete your cup of joe.

There is a secondary living room/game room located on the second floor, directly at the top of the stairs. This family-centered space is half lounge area and half game room. On one side you’ll find a leather couch (that pulls out into a Queen size bed) and a flat-screen TV, and on the other, there are arcade-style games and a pin ball machine. Also included in the game room is a pool table and foosball table.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The outdoor lounge spaces and expansive balconies completely surround you with the beauty and extraordinary views of Pigeon Forge and of the Smoky Mountains. Open glass door from the living room and step out onto the huge deck. This covered space has a brand-new hot tub, stainless steel grill, outdoor dining area, and comfortable rocking chairs. Enjoy your coffee out here with a view, or fire up the grill and serve a family-style dinner with the wilderness as a backdrop.

The upper balcony features 4 hanging egg chairs and two swing chairs for enjoying the expansive views.

The cabin is surrounded by woods, it is very possible you will see wildlife including bears, turkeys and squirrels and bugs. Please do not feed bears under any circumstances and do not leave food in vehicles or outside. Please lock your vehicles so no wildlife can get in. You have the entire space to yourself and will be given a key code to unlock the front door. Secluded cabin located in Sky Harbor Resort. Property is on large corner lot with very few surrounding cabins of peace and quiet.

All roads up to cabin are paved in the resort and all roads are well maintained but can be a bit steep and winding in certain areas.

If you are coming during the winter months 4X4 or AWD is strongly recommended. Last road up to the cabin is somewhat steep it is recommended that weather be monitored before your trip and you purchase travel insurance. No refunds will be provided due to weather or vehicle issues getting up the hill. Please make sure your vehicle is capable of making a drive up a moderately steep hill before booking.
