The space

The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a multi-story building, with easy access via the elevator. As you exit the elevator, you will see our unique apartment, the only one located on this floor. It features a secure door for added safety. Upon entering, you will be greeted by our beautiful and modernly decorated living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including an induction cooktop, refrigerator, and washing machine. All rooms have been renovated, including the bathroom, which is stocked with towels and toiletries. The bedroom boasts an extra comfortable queen size bed. The balcony doors in the bedroom and living room provide access to our 45 square meter balcony, which is furnished with comfortable sofas for you to enjoy the view.

Guest access

You have access to the apartment and its private balcony, as well as to a staircase that leads to the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a 360-degree view, including the Acropolis, Lycabettus Hill, Zappeion, the sea, and the city.

Parties or gatherings are NOT allowed!

Optional services offered for a fee:

– Transport from the Airport with Minivan: ~80€
– Transport from the Airport with Taxi: ~50 € (Up to 4 people)
– Setting up the couch as a bed: 10€ (FREE, if the reservation is for more than 2 guests)
– Setting up a baby cot: 10€
