This second-story condo has three bedrooms and a loft to sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. The downstairs master bedroom offers a King size bed, a 55″ 4K TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon, and a private bathroom.

The upstairs master bedroom also offers a King size bed and a 65″ TV with the same streaming options. This room also has a private bathroom.

A third bedroom is located downstairs with two twin bunk beds and a private patio with beautiful nature views. This bright space is perfect for kids or adults and has a large closet for extra storage space.

The upstairs loft looks out over the living room and has a futon couch that folds down into a bed. Gamers will love this spot, as it has a flat-screen TV and a Super Nintendo with over 20 classic games. A Foosball table adds to the fun. There is a family bathroom right off the loft.

The recently upgraded kitchen has everything you need to prepare homemade meals – cutlery, a new knife set, crockpot, cooking supplies, spices, and lots of new pots and pans. Use the custom cabinets and stainless steel refrigerator to keep groceries organized, and the flat top stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and other kitchen gadgets to create delicious dishes.
The large sink and whisper-quiet dishwasher make cleaning up a breeze.

The elevated breakfast bar with high-top seating offers plenty of space to enjoy meals as a family.

The kitchen flows right into the main living room. This comfortable space has sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio and allow for sunlight to flood in. Everyone can pick a favorite spot on the L-shaped couch or oversized armchair in front of the 75″ 4K TV. With Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and Cable TV already programmed, you can host the ultimate movie night! The Sonos music system can also help mix things up.

A sleek fireplace sits in the corner of the living room and adds warmth and light during the winter months.

There are two private balconies, one off the twin bunk room and one directly off the living room. These shady spaces are comfortable and quiet, allowing you to unwind and cast any cares aside.

As a guest here, you’ll have the entire place to yourself. You’ll also have access to the community amenities, including a 10 person hot tub and a common room, which is located right next to the condo. The common room also has a dry sauna, an ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes.

The home has been furnished with everything you need to feel comfortable, including high-speed WiFi, a full-size washer and dryer, and equipment for the youngest travelers, including a pack and play. You’ll be given a designated parking spot, and there’s a shuttle that runs directly from the unit into The Village.

Other things to note

We are located on the second floor so you will need to head up stairs in order to access our unit. There is unfortunately no elevator

There’s one dedicated parking spot in the parking garage. There are numerous un-numbered spots in each garage and outside of each building that are “first come, first serve” that you may use as well. Please keep it to two vehicles.

There is a parking garage but keep in mind depending on your vehicle if you haver a roof rack or a large vehicle you might not fit due to limited height of 6’6”.
