Modern Suite w/ Exquisite Bath + Central Location (Virginia, USA)

Welcome to our modern guest suite! The perfect place to relax and stay during your time in Lynchburg. With a central location, exquisite bathroom, outdoor patio and firepit, and a nice backyard, you will have access to everything you need both at the home and in town to enjoy your stay. The suite has a shared driveway with plenty of parking and a private entrance with a keypad lock system to make your stay easy and convenient.

The space

The guest suite consists of a living room, a bedroom, and a full bathroom. You will also have a private patio, fire pit, and access to laundry on site upon request.

The living area has a loveseat and TV with streaming options, a microwave, mini-fridge, and a coffee cart, and other essentials. There is also a propane fireplace that can be used during cold months only.

The bedroom has a queen bed with two nightstands and a desk perfect for those working during their stay. There is also a sizeable closet to store any personal belongings where you will also find fresh towels, an iron and small ironing board, and hangers.

The bathroom has a double vanity and a beautiful glass door shower.

A steel door divides the guest suite from the rest of the home that remains locked on both sides throughout the stay.

Guest access

You will have private access to the entire suite, with self-check-in through the private back patio door through a keypad entry.

Other things to note

While the guest suite is completely private, my family occupies the rest of the single-family home. You can expect to hear some noise throughout the day, primarily from our young kids. Due to this, if you work night shift and are sleeping during the day, this may not be the best space for you.

Our kids sleep well from about 8:30PM-8:00AM, so you can expect your space to be quiet and peaceful during these hours. We have provided a sound machine in the bedroom for your convenience.

We do not allow any kind of smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outside.
