The space

Located 25km from Nottingham Road village, promising a quiet stay in nature. A spacious open plan lounge & fully equipped kitchen provide a comfortable space for relaxing. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a Victorian style bathtub and separate shower. A fireplace in each bedroom provides for a cozy atmosphere. Each bedroom has a private patio overlooking the orchard. The cottage is run on solar power so the lights are always on!
Crisp mountain spring water in the taps, views over the forest and mountains and animals for neighbours create an idyllic, farm getaway. Nestled between mountains and indigenous forest, there is plenty space to amble, walk or hike, offering exquisite birding opportunities, peace and relaxation with an emphasis on conservation and sustainability.
Set on a small scale working organic farm with all the sights and sounds that go with it, guests can enjoy watching goats being milked, collect eggs, feed pigs and purchase farm fresh produce.
Being tucked away on a secluded hillside provides us shelter and quiet but also means we have no cell phone or TV signal. This gives guests the opportunity to truly disconnect and simply enjoy being in nature.

Guests can enjoy walks in the indigenous forest with abundant bird life, walks on the farm and interacting with animals, and breath-taking views over the valley. Safe, covered parking is available.

A secluded farm deep in the countryside; a place to rest and relax away from restaurants and shops. Located 25mins from Nottingham Road village, the last 5km is dirt road. Produce can be bought from the farm & picnic meals available on request.
