Welcome to Seaside East & West, the pinnacle of beachfront luxury in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Not only does this sprawling beach house sleep 80 guests—that’s right, we said 80!—it also features every amenity imaginable, including an elevator, two private beachfront pools, ample covered parking and stunning Gulf views from multiple decks and balconies.

With 24 bedrooms, 22 full baths, 2 half-baths and 18,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living, Seaside is the largest home for rent on Alabama’s Gulf Coast! The home features two identical, side-by-side wings, each sleeping 40 guests, which can be rented either together or separately. This listing is for the entire Seaside property.

Because each side is available to rent separately, they are also fully detached from one another. Interior and exterior walls divide the two wings, and each has their own private entrances—an ideal setup for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions that require a truly unforgettable setting.

The Living Spaces

The open-concept living and dining areas at Seaside are anchored by gorgeous views of the Gulf, thanks to massive windows and sliding glass doors, each 9 ft. tall and 10 ft. wide. Eleven foot ceilings add even more expansiveness to these first-floor areas! Open the glass doors onto the pool deck and listen to the waves roll in.

Second floor dens provides another hangout spot, with a 75” Smart TV and foosball table in each. Plus, with plenty of seating throughout, everyone can spend time together—from morning coffee at the kitchen island to movie nights around multiple Smart TVs.

Kitchen Amenities

Seaside’s TWO gourmet-style kitchens to be able to feed an entire group with ease. Stainless steel appliances include 6 refrigerators, 6 dishwashers, and multiple cooktops and ovens. Each indoor dining area seats up to 30+ people at two 12-foot tables—that’s 60+ total! The sprawling kitchen islands, located near the dining areas, seats 6 more at each (12 total). On the deck, four more al fresco dining tables seat additional guests and set the stage for an impressive sunset dinner in the gulf breezes.

This centrally located Gulf Shores escape puts you right in the center of everything. Outdoor activities (other than the beach, of course!) range from low-key pursuits like golf and kayaking, to adrenaline-pumping adventures like ziplining over the dunes, Wildlife-lovers will be in heaven here, with birdwatching at the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, dolphin-watching cruises, and The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Visitors love Gulf State Park for its beaches, trails, and pier. And that’s just the beginning!

Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can and a travel-sized shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom.
