Welcome to Seaside, one of the most remarkable beachfront properties in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This ultra-luxury beach house features every amenity you can imagine, including an elevator, a private beachfront pool, ample covered parking and stunning Gulf views from multiple decks and balconies.

Plus, when both the East and West sides of the property are combined into one reservation, Seaside is the largest homes on the entire Gulf Coast! PLEASE note, there are solid privacy walls between all Gulf facing balconies and a 10 ft privacy wall on the Gulf front pool deck, separating the two pools. You will have total privacy between the units. The dune walk to the beach is the only thing shared between the two properties. There is also a solid wall under the house between the parking areas as well.

Each side of this property will accommodate 24-40 guests comfortably and is located in the HEART of Gulf Shores AL, close to all local shops and restaurants . Each side features 12 bedrooms, with 11 full baths and one half-bath and a private pool. Both properties together, can accommodate up to 80 guests, making it an ideal option for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions that require a truly unforgettable setting.

All interior and exterior areas are separated (including privacy walls for all outdoor spaces), and each half has its own private Gulf-front pool (24 ft. x 15 ft.). The Living Spaces

The open-concept living and dining area at Seaside East is anchored by gorgeous views of the Gulf, thanks to massive windows and two sets of sliding glass doors, each 9 ft. tall and 10 ft. wide. Eleven foot ceilings add even more expansiveness to this first-floor area! Open the glass doors onto the pool deck and listen to the waves roll in.

A second floor den provides another hangout spot, with a 75” Smart TV and foosball table.

With plenty of seating throughout, everyone can spend time together—from morning coffee at the kitchen island to movie nights around multiple Smart TVs.

Kitchen Amenities

We stocked and equipped Seaside East’s gourmet-style kitchen to be able to feed an entire group with ease. Stainless steel appliances include 3 refrigerators, 3 dishwashers, and multiple cooktops and ovens. The indoor dining area seats up to 30+ people at two 12-foot tables. The sprawling kitchen island, located near the dining area, seats 6 more. On the deck, two more al fresco dining tables set the stage for an impressive sunset dinner in the gulf breezes.

This centrally located Gulf Shores escape puts you right in the center of everything. Outdoor activities (other than the beach, of course!) range from low-key pursuits like golf and kayaking, to adrenaline-pumping adventures like ziplining over the dunes, Wildlife-lovers will be in heaven here, with birdwatching at the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, dolphin-watching cruises, and The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Visitors love Gulf State Park for its beaches, trails, and pier. And that’s just the beginning!
