Short Stroll to Coffs Creek and Dog Beach

This cosy 3 bedroom house will be our new family home in a few months with any luck, but in the meantime, YOU get benefits of the perfect location in the best family street in Coffs Harbour.

Brodie Drive is a fairly quiet crescent with only locals and the busses on it, so its safe for the kids to go riding their bikes to the bike/walking paths that run along Coffs Creek.

Within an easy 5 minute stroll, you will come to the hidden gem on the Creek that the locals use for launching their paddle boards or kayaks, or to toss a line in to snag mullet, bream, whiting or flathead.

A 5 minute drive gets you to the airport, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, whale watching, beach horse riding or sky diving. Or maybe you just want to kick back and relax at our many wonderful local beaches.

PET-FRIENDLY
Pets can stay for free, but there is an additional pet bond of $250, so please have your pets house-trained to avoid excess costs. Please do not allow pets in the carpeted bedrooms.

You will be charged the $250 as part of your initial cost, but this will be refunded after the cleaners ensure no damage to property, “presents” left in the back yard or house, or rules have been broken by your pets. (No shedding animals in the carpeted areas, as following guests may have allergies.)
