“The Pearl” located at 2625 West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores, AL, is managed by “Alabama Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals LLC,” a boutique vacation rental company that specializes in Gulf-front (4-24 bedroom) luxury Gulf-front vacation rentals along Alabama’s Gulf Coast.

Built-in stainless steel gas grill on Gulf-front deck (500-gallon tank in ground; no tanks to worry about refilling). Giant kitchen fully equipped with extra appliances. 3 refrigerators. 3 dishwashers. Multiple cooktops and 4 ovens. KitchenAid undercounter ice maker. Huge dining space with 3 custom-made tables that sit 12 people each (36 total!). Multiple Smart TVs throughout the house. WiFi boosters for each floor for excellent high-speed internet. 2 sets of full-sized washer/dryers (located on the middle and top floors). Parking spaces for all guests. Unobstructed panoramic views of the beach and to the East and West for miles. Proximity to shopping, the boating marina, and tons of beach activities.

When you’ve fully soaked in Mother Nature’s splendor, retreat back into your air-conditioned palace on the beach and take in the magnificent views to the east and west in total cool comfort. Sip an icy sunset drink on one of many private balconies suspended over the Gulf. Then, after eating dinner with your favorite people, go for an evening swim under the stars in your private pool, or settle in for a movie night in the living area.

Bedrooms + Bathrooms

First Floor (sleeps up to 6): Southwest master bedroom with king-sized bed and private en-suite bathroom with roll-in shower. Northwest bedroom with 2 king-sized beds and private en-suite bathroom.

Second Floor (sleeps up to 16): 4 Gulf-front master bedrooms with private balconies and bathrooms. 2 north-side rooms with 2 king-sized beds per room + private en-suite bathrooms. Media/sitting area with flat-screen TV on the second floor.

Third Floor (sleeps up to 16): 2 Gulf-front master bedrooms with private balconies and bathrooms. 2 north-side bedrooms with custom-made queen-over-queen bunk beds and twin XL-over-twin XL bunk beds (sleeps up to 6 per bunkroom) + private bathrooms for each bedroom. Additional TV lounge area for the top floor + wet bar.

With its crisp, classic interiors and roomy layout, our beach house is perfect for multi-family vacations and memorable group reunions. Renters must be over 27 years of age (no spring breakers or other student groups permitted). No wire transfers.

The Living Space

Enter a spacious Great Room with plush seating, a 75” Smart TV, high ceilings, and massive windows to fully immerse you in your Gulf-front experience. The nearby dining area features three 12-foot dining tables, so no one will be left out of the group feast. Another Smart TV (65”) in the dining area is great for slideshows or presentations (or watching the game while you eat).

Mix a cocktail at the wet bar and toast to the paradise that is beach life. With plenty of seating throughout, everyone can spend time together and find time to themselves.

Kitchen Amenities

The Pearl is fully equipped and stocked to be your culinary home away from home… if your home had 3 of everything, that is. Yep, we have 3 fridges, 3 dishwashers, and multiple cooktops and ovens, all in modern stainless steel. You’ll also find granite countertops and all the essentials for your morning coffee. Gather around the banquet-style dining tables and take in Gulf views to beat any restaurant. No reservations required!

The Pearl also has a gas grill out on the deck—perfect for post-beach burgers! You won’t even have to worry about refilling the propane; we’ve taken care of every detail of your experience here.

This centrally located Gulf Shores escape puts you right in the center of everything. Outdoor activities (other than the beach, of course!) range from low-key pursuits like golf and kayaking to adrenaline-pumping adventures like ziplining over the dunes. Wildlife lovers will be in heaven here, with birdwatching at the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, dolphin-watching cruises, and The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Visitors love Gulf State Park for its beaches, trails, and pier. And that’s just the beginning!

Important Information

Renters must be over 27 years of age. Wire transfers are not permitted. Sorry, NO College or Spring break groups!! NO SMOKING. Linens are included on all beds, but please bring your own beach towels. Amenities include free WIFI, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and a travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.
