About this space

Come enjoy our private 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. Enjoy the joys of children on property and views of incredible mountains with the wildlife that frequents our “back yard”. Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. $15 pet fee.

The space

Our remodelled lock off has several unique features that create the atmosphere of rest, relaxation and fun. To name some specifics, a jetted bathtub, an outside hot tub, a comfy and spacious bedroom, and an area to make meals (sink, microwave, hot plate burner, mini-fridge, an espresso coffee maker, and all the dishes you may need). It is all setup and ready!

Guest access

You will have a separate entrance that creates the freedom of privacy while also having the feeling of home. Included is a wrap around deck, 5 acres to roam on, and a hot tub!

Our family would love to welcome you here. You will likely hear our family as we all enjoy this incredible place.

The hot tub is a shared hot tub and is located in a central location on the opposite side of the deck from your lock off.
