About this space

This is a large 550 square meter house with a private pool and garden. Inside we have 5 bedrooms, two spacious living rooms, a dining room with placements for 10 people, a fully equipped kitchen, private bedrooms with en-suite facilities, and an in house private gym and fitness area. Unlimited fast WIFI with desk work space in each bedroom. Private security gated neighbourhood with 24 hour security and zero through traffic. Peace and tranquillity of this magnitude rarely found in Bali.

The space

This is a 5 bedroom air-conditioned modern house with private en-suite facilities in 4 of our 5 bedrooms. Make yourself a gourmet meal in the large fully equipped kitchen or relax at home, pick out a book from our shelves and kick back for some poolside reading and sunbathing. Stream Netflix with the kids on one of our smart TVs, work out in the full size gym, and then walk to one of the many international restaurants out front. Or take a quick 6-10 minute drive down to the famous beaches of Canggu, Berawa, or Seminyak. For those on business holidays we have two dedicated internet lines with state of the art fibre optics and wireless fidelity throughout the house with 100mbps speeds (best you will find in Bali) for multiple simultaneous full streaming activities.

Guest access

The entire 5 bedroom villa, pool, garden and gym is for your exclusive and private use. We do not live on the property. Neighbours cannot see into the garden and pool area and nude sunbathing or skinny dipping are allowed (we get asked this question a lot). We want you to be comfortable and we respect your privacy.

Other things to note

Out front there are many international restaurants with a variety of Japanese, Italian, French and Indonesia foods to choose from. Conveniently the large Pepito’s Supermarket is just out front on the main road 100 meters from Pixy. A local farmers market is also walking distance away. Or take a 1 minute drive to ‘Bali Buddha’ for fresh organic produce and healthy living and lifestyle goods. The famous beaches and nightclubs of Seminyak, Berawa and Canggu are all about a 7 minute drive by Motorbike or 15 minute drive by Car from our home. We are close enough to enjoy the extravagance of these areas, but just far enough away to get a good silent nights sleep away from the party atmosphere. Please note: we have five bedrooms and have converted one of the bedrooms to function as an inhouse gym (default position). For large groups that prefer to have the fifth bedroom available instead of the gym we can easily convert it back per your request and we need to know ahead of time.
