The space

Welcome to your cozy retreat at Dragonfly Cottage, featuring a well-appointed and functional layout designed for your comfort and convenience.

Bedroom: The cottage includes one spacious bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a set of bunk beds, ideal for families. The room is equipped with blockout curtains to ensure a restful sleep, and there is ample cupboard space for your belongings.

Bathroom: The full bathroom is equipped with a basin, toilet, bath, and a separate shower, providing all the essentials for a refreshing start to your day.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is designed for both cooking and convenience. It features a fridge/freezer, microwave, double basin, stove, and oven, along with ample cupboard space and a functional island for meal preparation.

Lounge: Relax in the open-plan lounge area, which includes a comfortable corner couch with two director’s chairs, a lamp, and a TV with Netflix for your entertainment. Enjoy the beautiful view of the main house garden from this inviting space.

Dining/Working Area: The dining area features a table with four chairs, perfect for meals or work. It opens onto a small patio with a small table and two tree stump seats, extending into a private garden with a garden table and four chairs.

The accommodation is equipped with a solar power system, WiFi, and secure covered parking for one car. It is conveniently located near a variety of amenities and activities, including hospitals, shopping centers, and restaurants.

Other things to note

Welcome to our cottage! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules:

1. Please note that this unit can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults (queen size bed) and 2 children (bunk beds). No more than 2 adults allowed; the bunk beds are suitable for children. Daily rate is for 1 or 2 adults, fee for extra guests are per child, maximum 2 children.

2. Please note that the check-in window is between 15h00 and 20h00, and the check-out time is 10h00.

3. Please remember that this is a self-catering and self-service unit; cleaning services are not provided. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the cottage during their stay. Kindly leave the cottage in the same condition as you found it at check-in, including washing any dishes you use.

4. For stays of 7 nights or more, we provide a floor and linen service. This includes sweeping and mopping the floors and offering fresh towels and linen. Please note, the floor and linen service includes no additional cleaning of the cottage. We ask that you continue to keep the space neat and tidy as outlined in point 3.

5. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the cottage. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and dispose of any waste, such as cigarette butts or vaping materials, in the dustbins by the carport.

6. Please be aware that we do not offer personal laundry services.
